Cathy Kelley leaving WWE

WWE interviewer and fan favorite Cathy Kelley announced that she is leaving WWE. Kelley revealed the news in a post on her social media.
“I’ve typed out and deleted this about 20 times over the past few days, still unsure what to write…I have come to the decision to leave WWE, with Sunday’s NXT Takeover being my last day. If you know me, you know this was more than a job, you know how much I loved it and how difficult this decision was. But sometimes in order to have room for growth, you have to step away,” Kelley wrote.
The 31-year-old said that she’s thankful for the “crazy dream” that were the past four years, thanking the WWE digital team, Stephanie McMahon, Triple H, and everyone who supported her over the years. “I’m not sure yet where my next chapter will take me, but I am damn excited for it. And I promise this isn’t a goodbye, it’s just a see you later.”
Kelley started with WWE in February 2016, first as a backstage correspondent for NXT before moving to hosting WWE Now and other shows. In January of this year she was also promoted to be the backstage interviewer on Smackdown.
Prior to joining WWE, Kelley was a host and panelist on AfterBuzz TV for Raw and NXT.Click Here: PSG Jordan soccer tracksuit

WWE Performance Center to host March 11 episode of NXT on USA

The March 11 episode of NXT on USA Network will be filmed from inside the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida.
There were rumors that the show might take place from Universal Studios but it looks like WWE is keeping things in-house for this one. WWE had to make way for another event at Full Sail University and the change of venue has been known to them for quite a while.
Tickets for the show were made available for free yesterday after NXT went off the air. Needless to say, it’s all sold out. This will be the second event taped from the Performance Center as WWE held Halftime Heat last year with PC trainees, family and friends in attendance.
WWE is marketing this as NXT Fan Appreciation Night.Click Here: racing 92 rugby jersey

Tony Khan Does Not Want to Move Dynamite to Monday Night

Despite recent comments by Cody Rhodes that he wouldn’t mind seeing AEW Dynamite moving to Monday nights in five years, Fightful reports that Tony Khan has no plans to move AEW from Wednesday nights, as he wants to avoid competition with the NFL on Monday nights (the Khan family owns the NFL’s Jacksonville Jaguars) and Tuesday nights wouldn’t work on TNT due to TNT’s NBA TV deal.
Khan also discussed Cody’s comments about Dynamite moving to Monday nights during the AEW Revolution post-show media scrum.
“First of all, what Cody brings to the company is amazing. He’s like one of my best friends and someone I collaborate real closely on a daily basis and on an hourly. When he does those media calls, it’s great and I was listening to it. At times, I am usually smiling or laughing but that would have been one of the times I wished I could have jumped in. That may be his view for five years as his personal view and that might be his view as the Executive Vice President, but as the President, CEO and the owner of AEW, I’m telling you I want to be on Wednesday nights. The most important thing in the world to me is this show and that we got a chance to do it through 2023, we’re on Wednesday nights for four years. I have no intentions of moving for a variety of reasons. I’m really happy with where we are, the relationship that we have with TNT. It’s a night that works great for them and their programming slot and we have been a top performer for them in the night and through the week as an original series. We have been competing with the top programs on cable on Wednesdays. Also, I said from the beginning, I never want to compete with Monday Night Football. I think they’re the greatest franchise on cable, so I don’t want to do it, plus my family and I own 100 percent of the Jaguars, so we are as big a partner with the NFL as anyone. We have this great cable series and franchise and we don’t want to compete with that, but also it doesn’t make sense for AEW. I don’t want to be on Mondays at all.”Click Here: Leon Goretzka Jersey Sale

MJF Flips Off a Kid at Autograph Signing

A famous pro wrestler FLIPPED OFF off a 7-year-old kid at a meet and greet in Chicago this weekend — devastating the kid — but it begs the question … should the dad have known better?
Here’s the deal … Tom Gilmartin brought his son to meet AEW star MJF (AKA Maxwell Jacob Friedman) at the Chicago Comic and Entertainment Expo.
MJF is famous for being a heel (that’s wrestling speak for “bad guy”) and part of his gimmick is being a jerk to kids. It’s no secret. Everyone knows.

So, when Tom and his son came face to face with MJF, the wrestler busted out the single barrel salute right in the little guy’s face … par for the course for MJF.
You can see in the video the kid looks stunned — and afterward, Tom raised the issue with AEW vice president Cody Rhodes.
“I tried to laugh it off knowing he’s just in character,” Tom said … “but it really upset him. I know that’s his gimmick but he’s only 7 & doesn’t understand.”
Tom says his son is now being mocked online — and wants AEW to keep talent in check when meeting kids at fan events.
Cody responded to Tom — essentially saying he should have known what he was getting himself into.Click Here: all stars nrl merchandise

The US Cuts Off Travel from the UK and Ireland

As we reported earlier this week, President Donald Trump announced that the United States suspended travel from Europe, but the UK and Ireland were left out. That’s not the case anymore. PWInsider reports that the US has now added the United Kingdom and Ireland to the travel ban, which is in effect due to the coronavirus pandemic.
While it remains up in the air whether Wrestlemania is even happening on April 5, this would prevent fans from twenty-eight countries from traveling to the US to attend. Wrestlemania gets a lot of international attendance, as Wrestlemania 34 in New Jersey had fans from 67 different countries.Click Here: Riyad Mahrez Jersey Sale
