In recent years, ZWZ Group has focused on overcoming the two key factors that restrict the high-end development of bearing products, namely the metallurgical quality of bearing materials and the heat treatment processing quality, and has continued to increase technological transformation. It has successively built the largest heat treatment processing center in Liaoning Province and the first bearing intelligent manufacturing project, and has successively launched 291 new products to support the solution of the "stuck neck" problem, with a local matching rate of 48.1%. At the same time, it actively plays the role of the "leading" industry, promotes 5 industry-university-research alliances to carry out 36 joint research projects, and insists on providing technical services to enterprises in the Dalian bearing industry cluster more than 3,000 times a year.
